Here's a 6-minute video that shows you how to view the program and add your comments.
⚙ : To activate English subtitles, open the video in YouTube by clicking on the YouTube logo. Once there, click on the Parameter icon > Subtitles > Translate automatically > English.
In a nutshell
💡 You can familiarize yourself with the program if needed by accessing the program's Home page and selecting "Studio View".
To access the Review page:
- Use the link shared with you, or
- If you're already familiar with B12, go to the Studio and click on the Review tab. Then click on “Open review”.
To navigate the program's Review page:
- You can navigate freely through sequences and activities using the menu on the left.
- By clicking on the sequence title, you can view the notification messages scheduled for this sequence.
- By clicking on each activity, you can view all the text for that activity: titles, content, answer choices, feedback, notification messages, etc.
To view content "as a learner":
- Click on the "Preview" button at the top right of the screen.
To add a comment :
- You can add comments to all items in B12 by clicking on the comment icon that appears when you hover your mouse over the item.
- You can read the comments of all other reviewers, and if necessary, add a reply to their comment. Comments are shown with a comment icon and a colored dot.
- If a comment is already posted, but you'd like to address another issue, you can click on “Create a new review” to separate the discussions.
- If the program is available in French and English, both texts will appear, and you can comment on both versions.
