Deployment Modes
By Registration Date
The program will start on the day the participant registers (the addition of the participant to the Group). Thus, participants can register for the program at any time and the schedule will automatically adjust to their registration date.
- The first sequence of the program is scheduled on the registration day.
- Subsequent sequences are scheduled according to the spacing indicated in the Studio, the scheduling calendar. 💡See the details of these procedures here.
- Also, the due dates will be those listed in the Studio, in the sequence configuration (number of days to complete the sequence).
- You must indicate if activities can be deployed on weekends. Because depending on the registration date and chosen spacing, sequences might fall on weekends. Example: the first three sequences are scheduled for Day 1, Day 2, and Day 3. If the participant registers on a Friday, the activities for Day 2 and Day 3 would fall on Saturday and Sunday. To avoid this, select Exclude weekends (default option).
- In this mode, Events cannot be deployed because they depend on an actual calendar date. If you wish to add Events to your program, you must use the "By a predetermined date" mode. This way, you ensure that the Event is scheduled on the same date for all participants.
By a Predetermined Date
The program sequences are scheduled on fixed dates in advance. Thus, it ensures that all participants follow the program at the same time, according to the same schedule.
- By default, sequences are planned on the dates indicated in the Studio, in the scheduling calendar. 💡See the details of these procedures here.
- If you adjust the start date, the spacing indicated in the Studio calendar will be maintained.
- It is possible to manually adjust these dates, as well as the deadlines.
- If no deadline has been set in the Studio, sequences are to be completed on the same day.
- After the deadline, the sequence remains available to the learner, but a "Late" notice is added on their homepage. The delay measurement statistics will also take this deadline into account.
- For events, you must also provide the date, time, and location (the hyperlink to the meeting or a physical location).
