On the dashboard page, the search buttons allow you to filter by:
- Users, including by:
- Group
- Additional information (custom field(s) per user – depending on your platform settings)
- Sequence
- Activities, including by
- Question difficulty level
- Activity tags
Note that the selected filters remain active when you navigate between tabs.
To filter by a criterion, click on Users, Sequences, or Activities.
A side panel will open.
Select the criterion to filter by.
The panel will then display the selection of users (or sequences or activities depending on the chosen filter).
These items are not clickable but allow you to better visualise the choice made using the filter.
You can of course combine several criteria.
- For example, by selecting two groups, you will get the users from both groups combined.
- If the selection combines a group and a custom field (or two different custom fields), you will get the users from that group who also meet the selected field criterion. For example: users in Group A who are in the marketing department (thus excluding users in Group A who are not in the marketing department).
Clarification:
- The "or" mentioned between two criteria is a logical "or" condition to select a learner/sequence/activity.
- Example: the learner is selected if they are in group A OR in group B.
- Ultimately, you get all learners in group A AND all learners in group B.
