The dashboard allows you to track the actual progress of learners using performance indicators and an AI-powered contextual summary (available with B12+).
This version of the dashboard is designed to go beyond simply reading activity. It aims to highlight what truly matters in a learner’s development by making learning data:
- easier to interpret;
- more actionable;
- better tailored to the profile of the person viewing it.
Â
Overview
The dashboard is organised to offer a progressive reading experience:
- A summary view, which provides a quick glance at key indicators and programme details.
- Detailed indicators, which cover different aspects of the programme depending on the activities present.
This structure allows you to move from a broad overview to a more detailed reading without having to interpret a large volume of raw data all at once.
Â
The dashboard data is updated every 15 minutes, except for learners whose updates are instantaneous. Â
Clickable Data and Side Panel
Most of the displayed data is clickable to access more details. A side panel then opens with details by learner. Contextual filters are available at the top of the panel to facilitate list sorting.
Send a Message to Learners
From this side panel, you can select learners and send them a message as a B12 notification. For example:
- send a congratulatory note to the highest-performing learners;
- send a reminder to learners who are behind schedule.
Different button options can be added to the notification to provide a direct link to B12 (the format is similar to that of a sequence notification).
Â
B12+ and Dynamic Contextual Analysis
Data tables and charts can be rich, but often require significant interpretive effort. In addition to the indicators, the dashboard generates a dynamic contextual analysis: a summary that rephrases the observed data into an understandable overview, powered by artificial intelligence.
Its role is to answer questions more directly such as:
- What should be taken away from the current situation?
- Which signals stand out the most?
- Which elements require attention?
- What next action seems most relevant?

Access and Activation
Generating summaries does not consume credits. You just need to have an active B12+ account.
To gain access:
- B12+ must be activated on your platform. To activate it, write to us at support@apprentx.rocks. Activation is completed within 4 hours (often in less than an hour).
- You must have at least 1 credit in your B12+ account. To learn more about purchasing credits, see here.
Updating the Analysis
- The analysis is updated automatically each day you view a dashboard.
- Within the same day, the “Refresh Summary” button appears when:
- new data is available in the dashboard;
- you apply filters — the analysis will then adjust to the displayed data.
- Refreshing does not consume credits, but a daily limit per organisation is established to prevent excessive usage.
Â
Filtering Data
Filters allow you to display data according to your chosen parameters:
- Groups
- Users
- Custom fields
- Sequence, difficulty level, or tag
An applied filter remains active when navigating between tabs.
Reminder: The AI analysis does not update automatically when you change filters. Use the “Refresh Summary” button as needed.
Â
Best Practices for Interpretation
Each indicator should be read as a partial source of information, not as a conclusion in itself. It is the combination of these signals that allows the dashboard to produce a richer interpretation.
To get the most out of it:
- Read the results in their context.
- Avoid overinterpreting an isolated variation.
- Compare trends rather than focusing on a single value.
- Use the AI analysis text as a starting point for discussion or action.
- Cross-reference the dashboard observations with what you know from the field.
The dashboard is particularly useful when it is used to inform a decision, rather than to automatically judge performance.
Â
Common Use Cases
- Prepare a follow-up meeting with a learner based on the main signals observed.
- Identify support needs before a situation deteriorates.
- Help a learner plan their next session by highlighting their priorities.
- Monitor a team or cohort with a more synthetic reading than simple progress metrics.
- Put progress into context by explaining it with a clear and complete story, supported by data.
