New Platform User
If the future administrator / designer / trainer / manager is a new user of the platform, it is possible to send them an invitation to create an account in B12 which will automatically grant them the desired type of access. This email will be sent automatically by B12. Â
💡Note: this email message may end up in junk mail or in the "Other" emails folder in Outlook. To avoid this, see the addresses to whitelist.

1. Click on the Members icon.
2. Click on the Users tab.
3. Click on the … in the upper right corner, then on Add Users.
4. Enter the user information (first name, last name, email address) and select the desired role from the dropdown menu.Â
5. Click on Import and Invite. To send the invitation at a later time, click on Import and Schedule Invitation. The Import option allows you to create an account in B12 but send no invitation; this can be sent manually later.Â

By clicking the button in the message, the person will access the registration page to enter a password. The indicated role will then be automatically assigned to them.Â

Existing User
If the future administrator / designer / supervisor / manager is an existing user, you must manually grant them the desired type of access.
1. Click on the Members icon.
2. Click on the Users tab.
3. Click on the desired user.
4. Click on the pencil icon near the Role field.
5. Choose the desired role.
6. Click on Save.
