B12 allows you to publish announcements to quickly communicate important information to your users (new features, reminders, updates, key messages, etc.).
*Only Administrators can publish announcements.
How do announcements work?
When a new announcement is published, it automatically opens in a pop-up when the targeted user logs in the next time.
Afterwards, users can access previously published announcements from their profile badge.
Scheduling announcements
You can prepare the message in advance and set a specific publication date and time.
Targeting by role and language
You can precisely select which roles will see the announcement:
Administrators
Designers
Trainers
Learners
Managers
Announcements can also be published based on the user’s profile language.
