Dashboards are automatically configured based on the activities added to the program. There is no specific configuration required for data to be visible. By default, all indicators are visible to everyone according to their access permissions.
- A learner has access to their own data only
- A trainer has access to the data of their groups
- A designer has access to the data of the programs for which they are owner or collaborator
- A manager has access to the data of their employees
- An admin has access to all data.
It is possible to select which tabs will be visible for a program: for learners as well as for administrators, designers, trainers, and managers.
It is also possible to make the data anonymous, by role.
