Each program in the Studio is presented using the following tabs:
- Overview
- Structure
- Activities
- Case Studies
- Skills
Let's explore them in detail in this article.
Overview
All the elements you identified when setting up your program are found here.
To modify the setup, click on the three dots at the end of the title, and click Edit.
This page presents:
- The program image
- The description
- The number of sequences (planned and unplanned), activities (used and unused), case studies (used and unused), and knowledge topics of the program.
- Collaborators, with the ability to modify them directly in this tile.
- Knowledge topics, with the ability to modify them directly in this tile.
- The groups in which the program is deployed (regardless of current, completed or upcoming status), with the ability to click on the group name to access that group directly.
- Alerts: if you have alert messages, for example sequences that are not planned, they will be displayed here and you can click "Fix" to address them.
Structure
The Structure tab is where you design the program, its sequences, and (according to your preferences) its activities.
On the left: sequences and activities (activities are visible when you click on the sequence).
On the right: the program scheduling in the calendar.
The order of sequences on the left will follow the order decided in the calendar on the right. It is possible to have more than one sequence per day, in which case the order of the day will be followed for the display on the left.
The calendar also displays a bell icon to indicate scheduled notifications. Hover over the bell for more details about the notification.
To learn more about creating and configuring sequences, see the article Create and Configure a Sequence.
To learn more about creating activities, see the article Create Activities.
Activities
All created activities are listed in this tab. Note, these are not copies of the activities in the sequences, but rather the same activities listed here for a better overview. If you modify an activity in this tab, the activity in the sequence will be modified, and vice versa.
By clicking on the column headers, you can sort the activities according to the chosen order.
The filters allow you to select a desired sample of activities (for example, only Single Response activities, or only difficult activities, etc.).
By hovering your mouse over the word Used, you can see in which sequence(s) the activity is used.
To modify an activity, click on the row. The editing window will open.
To learn more about activities, see the article Create Activities.
Case Studies
All case studies are listed in this tab. You can use the column headers to sort cases, and the filters to adjust the view according to criteria of your choice.
You can create a case here, or directly in the practical activity (from the Structure tab or from the Activity tab). A case study must be included in a practical activity to be used.
By hovering your mouse over the word Used, you can see in which practical activity the case is used.
To learn more about case studies and practical activities, see the article Practical Activities.
Skills
This tab allows you to add skill development and key behaviour activities to a program.
All details about these activities are presented here in the section Skill and Key Behaviour Development.
